Blurb
Champion ballroom dancer Katerina Nemecek pushed the love of her life away when he offered to save her studio from foreclosure. She loved him despite the secrecy surrounding their relationship, but she refused to take advantage of him or his wealth.

Mason Everett wants nothing more than to share his life, his family, and his fortune with Kat, but keeping her a secret was the only way he could keep her safe. He’d rather hide her away than chance losing her.

When Kat and Mason’s relationship finally goes public, it sets in motion a plan to keep them apart. Can they survive the firestorm to dance together forever?

Thoughts
I love when a beautiful woman is unsure about herself. Katerina is the epitome of that. Mason, once he figured out why Katerina left him, sets out to get her back and not let her go. He does so and they get engaged very quickly. His sister’s best friend is also an ex and has tried to hurt some of his ex-girlfriends so they are waiting to see what she’ll do. They never imagined the lengths this crazy woman would reach. She is obsessed and I hope she gets what she deserves, although I suspect we haven’t heard the last from her. `

The series opener, Dance with Me was a good start. The one thing I didn’t like, and the only reason this book isn’t getting a 5 star review, is that it jumped from POV too much. It’s one thing to get into the hero, heroine and villain’s heads but when the secondary characters started being the POV, I thought it was a little much. I had to go back and reread sometimes just to figure out who was talking.

  1. Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the book, and you might be happy to note there are only a few POV characters in the next book (and the rest of the series… well, what I have of it so far.)
