Review – Mistress Mistake by Lynda Chance

The Mistress MistakeBlurb
Jessica Conway is at the end of her rope. She desperately needs a few things that her moral values can’t buy: food, shelter, a chance for a better life. Connor Montgomery is tortured with guilt from the past and wants only one thing from Jessica, something he’s very willing to pay her for. Setting her up as his mistress seems like the perfect idea. But how long can a situation continue that was a mistake from the very beginning?

Jessica had a hard life. She’s been on her since her mom went to jail for fraud, and not even the fraud she pulled on her daughter by using her credit info to get utilities and credit cards and ruining it. Now she can’t get student loans and her scholarship is on the line. She is DESPERATE.

Connor takes advantage of that. He feels like shit for doing it, but keeps on. Jessica put up with a lot from him. I wanted to punch him in the nose A LOT! Ms. Chance definitely knows how to redeem a hero though. This book was great.
